OUR STORE POLICIES

Return Policy
Self-Care Lounge Co is committed to making products with love, care and honesty. However, we want to make sure that our customers are satisfied. In the rare case that an item is defective, we will allow the option of an exchange or store gift card for any unopened item within 14 days of receipt.  For all exchanges, customers are responsible for paying the shipping fee of the returned item. We do not offer refunds.

Shipping
All packages will be shipped through USPS Priority Mail. Please allow 5-7 business days for delivery. All order placed by 5pm will be processed,. Self-Care Lounge Company ships products Monday- Friday. Any orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or national holidays will be shipped on the next business day.

Payment options
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) as well as PayPal payments. 

Payment Safety
No card information is ever saved at Self-Care Lounge Co and it remains the private property of the card holder at all times before, during and after the product purchase. 

Wrong Address Disclaimer
Every package will receive a tracking number that can be tracked through our third party courier service. Self-Care Lounge Co is not responsible for packages sent to the wrong address. It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that correct address is imputed during the checkout process. In the case that the provided tracking number shows that the package was delivered and the customer states that they did not receive the package, Self-Care Lounge Company will not be held responsible. Customer will be referred to third party courier service to have this issue resolved.

Policy Changes
Self-Care Lounge Company LLC, reserves the right to make changes to prices, policies and procedures at our discretion. Please check this page periodically for changes.
